The Santa Maria Valley is scattered with little adobe buildings like this one. Most are falling apart, but have a little protective fencing to keep people back. Thus far, I’ve read of shallow efforts to try to save these little buildings. From What I can tell, they housed tenemant farmers over 100 years ago.

I’d like to learn more about them. This one is positioned just right to capture the rising sun over the soon to be planted vineyards adjacent to it. With the rolling hills in the background.
